The Orchid Highway has taken up residence in a VERY cool artist live/work in Vancouver.

The ARC will be HQ for the Orchids' upcoming adventures... and the new location of arguably the coolest recording studio in town.. housing one of the most massive collections of vintage and archaic recording gear.

The Orchids fire up the valve amplifiers and take to the stage the evening of SATURDAY MARCH 25th at the LAMPLIGHTER in Vancouver as part of a British Invasion night!

Joining the Orchids on left wing for the evening is Scott Perry, a fabulous George Harrison-esque guitar player whose style & strong vocals is a natural fit for the group. Scott came highly recommended, and we all have Scott's old bandmate Todd Fancey (of New Pornographers, and Fancey) to thank for playing matchmaker.

The setlist for the evening is a state secret. Will they actually perform "Freedom" by Wham? Or God Save The Queen? Are they re-creating "Bohemian Rhapsody" live? well... no. But there are certainly going to be suprises!
